Joe Bhikram: Police from the 52 Division Swore: "The video was erased, did not exist". But was released part of the recording video without showing the police agressions and the indignity suffered in the police station.                              For several years Mr. Joe Bhikram requested to the police, the disclosure of the video recording from the 52 Division, where he was detained and brutalized; but always he was informed that it had been deleted. Finally on June 5, 2014 he received part of the video recording without audio included? Joe is a paraplegic man, who is confined to a wheelchair, at the time of his detention in the 52 Division; he complains that has been mentally tortured, ill-treated, and urinated in his head by one of the police officers. Joe Bhikram, when he was reviewing part of the recording video released by the police, expressed once more his frustration against the police; and made a statement. “The police should feel guilty, they should be ashamed of themselves, and the whole think is a cover up.  We can prove it”
