TORONTO PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION - THIRD WORLD TRANSPORTATION

HIGH PRICE OF TTC FARES IS CAUSING SEVERE CONCERN IN THE WORKING PEOPLE SALARIES
The past century the city of Toronto it had a decent form of transportation for the public, but as time goes on, the public service has been deteriorated so that it has become a real catastrophe for the commuters, adding to this situation the lack of responsibility from the Federal, Provincial Government and the Municipality of Toronto to provide a service according to needs of the travelers. The increase of price on public transportation is creating serious concerns for secondary school students, elderly people and families who live in extreme poverty. Canada a first world country, one of the richest nations on the planet a large percentage of poor people are struggling to pay the high TTC fares, because the lower wages  and retirement pensions that remain frozen in the poorest class. In third or fourth world countries the governments are providing for their citizens an acceptable transit service and subsidizing the transportation for elementary and secondary schools, so the students belong to poor families can have access to public transportation and pay a reasonable transport fare. It’s time to rise the question, about the care and compassion for elderly people in foreign countries, where democratic governments from poor nations are providing free transportation to third age people. What is happening in this wealthy nation with our older people? Also in recent years has been noted that TTC employees and the Metro Toronto Police are trying to control the lack to provide a good transit service, overcrowded buses of  people in some areas of the city, racism for part of some TTC workers, racing buses driving in the left lanes of the road ignoring the stops signs and allegations of fares infractions committed  by high school students, where the students are intimidated and subjected to vicious beatings by the police in the cellars of the subway stations.
