This honorable judge, like the others is accomplice of the inquisition hearings, which took place in the courtrooms of Scarborough and Metro North courts. As well in his hands were holding thousands of pages of trial transcripts, evidence from the police, evidence from defendant, and transcripts from the hearings of the Scarborough and Metro North Court, to be fully reviewed with fairness. Despite the overwhelming evidence, which was in the hands of the judge Zio and Ducherne, they chose to suspend, my driver’s license, knowing that in this way, I will do not provide the bread for my children. As well, the judge Ducherne, like the others judges involved in my case, were hiding hundreds of documents submitted in manner of motions and affidavits, relevant evidence for my appeal. The duty of the “Judge Ducherme” was, when especially evidence was submitted that crimes were committed by the police, for over two decades against of my person, in manner of Motions and Affidavits. His duty was to report the respective authorities, and forward the evidence; to the Attorney General Office for their corresponding investigation. Continue…
