SPECIAL “IMPUNITY” UNIT ?
CANADIAN MEDIA Today August 1, 2013, when I was standing on
the north side, in front of the Highland
funeral Home, located at 3280 Sheppard Avenue
East. Mr. Joe Bhikram was attracting the media attention,
almost crying and denouncing the accusations of police brutality, committed in 2005 and
2009. He was also asking for help
in their denunciations of police brutality. His complaints were: he is a black
cripple man, who was arrested by 23 cops from the Division 52, beaten and forced
to undress. Later he was handcuffed and lying on the floor of the cell, where a police urinated on his head. This
incident took place in Division 52, the January 28, 2009. He
claimed that the videos of the
police cells, the years 2005 and 2009 could
prove his allegations of police
viciousness.
