         CITIZENS ARREST FOR CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY

The Canadian Prime Minister has admitted in the Federal Parliament crimes of lesa humanity was committed on Native people. He apologized to the indigenous people in his speech by saying how sorry he is for the pain, suffering and death caused in the Residential Schools. The majority of First Nations people think that his apology is not enough to heal the wounds caused in victims and survivors of Residential Schools. It can relieve the Holocaust-Genocide-crimes committed for centuries? Why the Canadian government and individuals who are committing the crimes against humanity have the privilege not to be tried and prosecuted by their infamous crimes in an international court of justice. After Second World War It was Nuremberg tribunal formed in order to bring the Nazis who committed crimes against humanity for prosecution and punishment, (Hess, Goering, Streicher and others evils) were subjected to prosecution and jailed by the crimes committed particularly in the concentration camps. Today we have the International Court of Justice; the jurisdiction of this court is to bring governments and people who committed genocide or crimes against humanity.  "Let's ask to the democratic governments from around the world, why the persecution is only for certain governments and subordinates who committed genocide or crimes against humanity." While other Head of State and its apparatus of death and torture have protection and total freedom to continue to cause casualties among children and families?
