The Children’s Aids Societies workers with fanatical arrogance continue to commit crimes against humanity, until the present time no one is able to strip their satanic bestiality of power aimed to slave and torture our children in their concentration camps. The reason why I felt compelled to write and denounce the unimaginable horrors against their small victims is because I witnessed the lack of compassion and conscience to torture toddlers and children. My personal recollections found a morbid, immoral; criminal minds, how these villains have a racist ideology to help in the persecution of social activists and their families. After fifteen long years of pain and suffering finally I will show you the sinister, collecting evidence a video tape where my children were forced to face the sordid reality of the viciousness, cruelty, savagery, bloodshed….from the children’s Aids Societies workers. Bringing facts full of horrors for public interest, still the Canadian Government, Minister of Social Services, other Authorities and the respective criminals to deny that crimes are not committed everyday against our children our families. It’s time to ask ourselves why until now the slaughtered of children and families by the CAS remain unchanged? This menace is directly linked to our political system and why these government bureaucrats chooses to maintain these criminals agencies with those so called professionals formatted in the school of the Americas. The clear image of these helping professionals is to promote their harmful attitudes and sadist’s practices against the poor families of different cultural backgrounds? Are helping the poor to deal with the discrimination in employment, severe housing crisis, a quality of education, systematic racism, or invoking their doctrine of superiority and domination against the very poor families who are perceived without rights and inferior. The Children’s Aids supremacy continues to over determine the lives of underprivileged people, maintaining and perpetuating exploitative and oppressive forms the institutionalized racism. Although Canada have been preaching human rights to the world  and a constitution containing a bill of rights, the conclusion is that such changes have done nothing to resolve the problems of state crimes, racism and discrimination.

Like in many countries today are home of social movements, in Canada until now the social movements has been controlled by false leaders at the services of the government institutions or big unions misleading the public with illusions, working away at clearing out the fundamentals roots of state crimes, oppression, exploitation, harming children and families.    

While in democratic countries the media bring us the truth, the same does not happen in Canada with written or spoken media specifically   CBC, CP-24, and a communitarian radio station, these are tools of manipulation in the service of government and the bourgeoisie. So are parts to blame for the state crimes being committed every day, especially under humane society, police, judges, crown attorneys, and other criminals.

The seven gunshots fired by the Metro Police on Friday 6, and Saturday 7, of July 2012, from the south lawn of the house 1558 Davenport Road, 24 feet from my bedroom never intimidate me. Or these firecrackers shut up my voice calling justice.

Let us reveal about the rule of law in the Canadian Judicial System or International Court Of Justice?

This article is about our experiences inside the slaughter’s courtrooms, the denials of our rights, torture, by the lower court judges, and about how we tried to confront with facts, witness, the persecution, brutality, crimes committed against our family and others. The accumulated evidence like documents, pictures, audio tapes, videotapes, photographs, will show to the world the best-known, important evidence for the court of the public opinion. The nightmare which we faced our living pain, sacrifice, and courage, gave someone, someday  the impetus for an investigation or enquire, helping us to reveal all the facts for a full public understanding of how this Canadian Judicial System works, destroying innocent lives.

CARAVANA OF AMBULANCES DRIPPING IMMIGRANT BLOOD

La Caravana de la Esperanza es un proyecto de ayuda social y beneficio para miles niños y familias pobres en varios países Latino-Americanos. Todo esto ha sido posible gracias al aporte económico, sacrificio, y la generosidad de una comunidad que siempre esta demostrando su solidaridad para sus hermanos olvidados por los respectivos gobiernos. “Adelante noble comunidad”

Pero desafortunadamente las caravanas de ambulancias compradas o donadas por la City Of Toronto, las mismas han sido empleadas para cometer brutales castigos físicos en detenidos, o para transportar los cuerpos inertes de nuestros hermanos fulminados por las balas asesinas de la Policía Metropolitana de Toronto. También es inaceptable que estos convoyes de ambulancias sean escoltadas parte del trayecto por los asesinos de nuestros hermanos. Pueblo Latino- Canadiense condenemos al padrecito y al miembro de la policía metropolitana de Toronto, por llevar estas ambulancias impregnadas con sangre de nuestros mártires.

Distintas comunidades esperamos que eleven gritos de protesta, sus voces hagan eco, condenando los injustificados homicidios cometidos por la policía metropolitana de Toronto. Mientras en países del tercer mundo se  trae a la justicia policías que han cometido crímenes, los mismos son procesados en cortes de justicia y reciben su respectivo castigo, en este país la policía esta protegida por el sistema judicial y otras autoridades, por lo tanto la brutalidad de sus crímenes sigue adelante.

A esta brutalidad y muerte de ciudadanos pobres se suma los insultos, la forma racista del Mayor Ford, DelGrande, Mammoletii, en describir a sus constituyentes….

Denunciamos los horrores que se comete a diario en este país en contra de  la población inmigrante, esperamos que nuestros respectivos gobiernos eleven su repudio por las violaciones a los derechos humanos, los pueblos en general tomen notas de los maltratos que sufrimos, y nuestra comunidad latino-Americana proteste enérgicamente ante los atropellos por parte de las distintas autoridades.

Actualmente el gobierno Canadiense, policía y otras autoridades están usando un pequeño grupo de hermanas (os) infiltrados en nuestra comunidad para engañar, manipular la verdad, convencer a hermanos recién llegados. Mi deber como activista social es poner en conocimiento de Uds. La infiltración de una docena de delatores policiacos, en mi bloque publicare sus nombres.

CANADIAN GULAGS SEGREGATION FOR THE POOR

Of course these Canadian gulags or prisons are similar than the ones which were created by the Stalinism regime in the Soviet Union, in order to cause great suffering and hardship. The mentioning Canadian forced concentration camps for black fellows, social activists and others are places where the living conditions are as bad or worse. Public housing residents from different communities feel helplessness, despair and disenchantment because the actual social accommodation, this is an outrage for the poor. The most disturbing fact against the wounded dwellers is the government dogma to destroy the underclass, adherent the vicious torture for part of the housing staff and the inhuman practices of police brutality against scared children, mothers and seniors.

We are living in one of the richest country in the world, where our government have the duty to protect and respect every citizen regardless of their starting point, race or economic circumstances, but the same cannot be said or happen in Canada. The responsibility, priority of the federal and provincial governments is to provide with affordable housing for the general public and suitable social housing, dismantling the “Canadian gulags desegregation of the poor and homeless.”

GOING INTO THE DARKNESS CANADIAN SLAUGHTERS COURTROOMS

I would like to devote this denunciation to all the victims of human rights abuses in this country, and reveal with honestly, red and white evidence, our pain, torture, sacrifice, how we confront with courage the carnage from the slaughter's Provincials, Superiors, and Appeals Courts Judges in the Canadian secret courtrooms. Experiences which seemed unavoidable because we are poor, immigrants targeted by the Canadian Justice System, Police, Minister of the Attorney General, Children’s Aids Societies, and others institutions. Denouncing the crimes committed every single day in this country by the corrupt and feared Canadian Justice System, it’s time to think, to protect, especially the slaughter of children, mothers, seniors, in the courtrooms. We have all the confidence that the International community condemns the crimes being committed in Canadian soul, also the people of this nation to raise our voices in protest that these massacres in the family and criminal courts would not be allowed to continue.The next articles on my blogs will bring to the public stories fulfilled of horrors, rooms filled of $$$$ courts transcripts the agony of Ural Direk and his family, Valery Gullemie, my unforgettable friend Nataly (40 or 50 court hearings by year), liu a fragile mother tortured by Legal System and her son abducted by the CAS, Abelardo and his family brutalized by the CAS and the butchers judges, Brigtte, Nina, Tsujiistan, frank, Jrosscan, and thousands of cases with 100% of evidence.

THE MEDIA IS DENOUNCING THE BUSINESS AND DESTRUCTION OF INNOCENT CHILDREN AND FAMILIES IN THE CANADIAN COURTROOMS?

IT’s time to call for a restructuring the feared Canadian Justice System, which is greatly assisted by the strategy of terror, intimidation, and the refusal from the judges to uphold justice. Because of the legal system abuse inside of the courtrooms, law lords have never taken any interest in protecting the rights of the most vulnerable and the poorest of the poor. Along the way, the Canadian Judiciary has become member of the walking wounded, the exploitation, and the oppressive conditions from the legalized legislatures. This Legal System can turn out to be answerable to the necessities of the most vulnerable people rather than to protect Police, Children’s Aids Societies crimes, and being strictly controlled from the top down.

Human Rights Violations are committed every day against our children and families, in the family and criminal courts by the honorable magistrates, safeguarding and protecting these delinquents to be charged for crimes against humanity and punished. Also the justices from the courts never produced any case or figure, which could claim protection from children’s Aids Societies workers, Police, Crown Attorneys abuse, inside and outside of the courtrooms. These accusations are not merely allegations are facts, because the well documented files repose in the courts, widespread these violations were committed by the mentioned institutions and societies, but never investigated by the judges or Attorney General of Ontario. Until now the Canadian Justice System, must have realized that the wounded, the most vulnerable, the poor, never mount a real danger, challenge to their cruelty, brutality, sadism, and stained bloody business hammers.



NOT ONE IS GUILTY UNTIL THE HAMMERS DRIP BLOOD

The slaughters courts main doors are wide open;

Uncountable people are waiting in never ending rows,

Belongs to that poor slave blood and this Multicultural Farce,

Where respondent’s, are entering at the dreaded benches.



Magistrates, holding in their hands, bloodstained hammers,

Crown Attorneys with sinister expressions, full of racial hatred?

Anxious, racists and corrupted police, essence of lawbreakers,

Ready to brutalize the wounded, and families with their deceits,



Under the watchful eyes of court guards and police threatening

Trials of inquisition begins, Children, families, innocent lives Merciless Judges, Crown Attorneys, Duty Counsels and Interpreters?

That target Canadians victims of torture, to commit atrocious crimes.



Denying defendants of legal representation and interpreters,

Without disclosure, to submit evidence, bring witness or trials transcripts?

Principles and procedures of the Canadian justice and rule of law,

Oh, Civil Rights, Due Process, Charter of Rights and Freedoms?
DEATH THREATS
The Canadian government and authorities will be responsible for any attempt to take my life in any country outside Canada.

THE POLICE BRUTALITY AND SLAUGHTER OF INNOCENT PEOPLE ARE CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY

The brutal murders and others delinquencies by those who work with badges and guns must be taken very seriously. The excessive police force, the killings of disadvantage people across the country and how those in law enforcement respond to the poor people is questionable. The accounted individuals who have been brutalized, framed, crippled, and murdered by the police would be sobering if we went far enough. The feeble ways in which the "Justice System" helps these vandals, thief’s, children’s kidnapers, pregnant women and homeless people sadists, are well documented by the victims, courts documents, and police archives. I would like to comment about the article of April 26, 2012, where two concerned honorable justices raise the question of police misconduct in this country. “This court must dissociate itself from (this) serious and deliberate state misconduct” Justice Nancy Backhouse.

“If police lying is tolerated by the courts, they will soon lose the respect of the community” Justice Peter Hambly. Police brutality, ill treatment in prisons, Children’s Aids Societies bloody business, Judicial System cover-up, and countless cases of judges complicity of crimes in the family and criminal courts, is a longstanding problem of impunity around the country, remaining as major concern. The butchers trials in the family and criminal courts fall short of international standard for fairness, with verdicts and sentences being decided by the judges, crown attorneys, and others before the trials. Denial of due process continues in the Court of Appeal, where Appeal judges shows disregard to follow the rule of law for the family and criminal appeals. The appeals hearings are no more than mere formality in the perpetuation of injustice and impunity.

The Police, CAS, Correctional Services and Justice System evil cases, might bring sadness or bitter or anger or mood, feelings made up of all these emotions. Children, families, and disadvantaged people quite simple, have a hard time to suffer or die. When it came to state crimes, where is the Justice System, the judges for the victims of crimes, false judges and authorities who never follow the rule of law? This is our meeting out when we have to confront the Justice and Injustice? The Canadian Judiciary System is committing human rights violations? How credible could be the judiciary body or their authors of crimes against humanity, legally charged, prosecuted, and punished, for the murders of innocent children, people, and other delinquencies?
