Window 'without pandemic' upon Utopia'

x Maité Campillo: those who say that capitalism is the least bad system, is that the pandemic feeds them in addition to climate change, as well as its human-ecological destruction
She is on the horizon-says Fernando Birri- I approach two steps, she moves away two steps. I walk ten steps and the horizon runs ten steps further. No matter how much I walk, I will never reach it. What is Utopia for? That is what it is for: to walk (Words walking d` Eduardo Galeano)

 He said "Atahualpa Yupanqui"
There is a matter on earth more important than God and that is that naide spit blood for another to live better (wise creator, everlasting revolutionary Argentine composer, musician, singer-songwriter and poet of those who pledge against those who humiliate in the name of God ). It is a declaration of peace, justice and independence, without prisoners, without unemployment or exploitation, humiliation, the disappeared, repression ... It comes before us, from the heart of Roca, in a cloud of dreams; I listen to him from the silence of my thought but I cannot find him amidst the hustle and bustle of the crowd, he lands on it, I approach two steps, it fades, I walk ten more steps and awake as the sun that has just risen between April 14 and 25 to break into force on May 1st. Looking at the sea, the dream of my cloud looms, I walk in his footsteps, breaking into the lethargy between Aute, in his declaration Al Alba, and the teacher Atahualpa with his Questions about God. Milestones to the horizon before my exalted view to be able to locate myself today in which we meet in greeting the Portuguese "Zeca", and his Grandola Vila Morena, in password of revolution. We are wind whipping “the appearance in solidity” in which the capitalist political authority frames us, wind confined before history, eddies of revolutionary human wind, aware of the right as well as the sense of fighting for everything we love and we believe that it is possible to abolish and change. Everything is a path, there are no borders, my walk does not stop, to the horizon, Utopia, one runs ten steps further. It is good for walking, I told myself, stimulating my steps while remembering the words of the companion who left us in the middle of the pandemic, of the painter and poet, of his songs among the depths of the oceans "The sea that was an empty word and without horizon , today is a boy who sings over forty prisons, a boy who wakes up like a giant wave, carries in his fist a pearl and red coral
or in the blood` A by the Sea.

To keep the saying to the letter, each one, according to his ability, should resign the monarchy in full, as well as his government and constitution (since his nefarious 'need' has been amply demonstrated) after them his technical clones and policy advisers, judges and lawyers, rectors, deans, hundreds of lousy teachers and other "entities of pedagogy." Hospital directors, cover-ups, hundreds of sages from the welfare state and fortune tellers from public health. Thousands of paralytic officials, window bureaucrats, shoe shiners, cutters of citizen law, and more of the engineering that sustains and feeds the grotesque. Machinery of disorder and state thief in egocentric governmental order of authority. What, if not, we are experiencing through the pandemic that they track down the nose, hiding true facts from the drama. Which, if not, reflects the false situation imposed on data and objectives. We are being used insanely as disposable, manipulated, beaten, vilified, outraged, decimated merchandise, fundamentally the working class. They use health sectors and other pillars deforming their true social nature. Let's not fool ourselves. What we are experiencing is more than a pandemic, a tear in the economic trap cushioned over the pandemic, as a camouflage curtain and shelter of tears. Remember Atahualpa's words "There is a matter on earth more important than God", for the same reason to Fernando Birri, through the Uruguayan writer Galeano. Do not forget to take hold of the reins and remember that: “The sea is waiting for us a short time after sleep, it is only a matter of a few steps, those that repress fear, let us therefore embrace it as a returning lover, of a time that they stole from us, the one that belongs to us ”.

We are living in a gloomy time that has nothing to do with the rest of the countries of the world, including corrupt Europe, that cornered side of which has never been felt but which surpasses it in deceit and corruption. Overlapped in a pandemic, it lashes and violates all our rights, knocking low blows, songs of ignorance and imposition on the "homeland", among prayers, cheers and prayers to kings and feudal lords, imperial military bases, sinister lead oligarchy and hierarchies in saber of the "Spanish". What we are experiencing is the aberrant result of a declared war on the people, a sneaky coup d'etat (before the Tejero carnival in King of Spain). What we are enduring, beyond quarantine, is an unprecedented global humiliation. We are subject to the crown, to its military and civil authority, to which they have added to redeem the clan of shameless and private health, as happened in teaching and in other times with the arts and crafts, professionals of the city and from the countryside, wiping out artisans and small family businesses in favor of foreign banks, multinationals, monopoly control of speculation. ruthless wall of subdued storm? How are the healthiest and strongest, by age or luck, in the coming years to come after the monstrously deformed catastrophe? How the elderly who survive in centers, and alone, in which hypothetically were their houses, in what conditions of absolute privatization and restriction? The whole of society will be submitted, fundamentally the working class outside the servile protection system, worrying about what limits, norms and behaviors, we will be subjected given the ruthless treatment received from the anteroom.

Of course, the prevailing market economy has nothing to do with its own public economy, much less planned, and is it that the campaign is going to market economy as the abusive prices on food imposed, thanks to the pandemic? Of 'readjustments', which is the word that the professional political class likes a lot, the interests of the middle and big bourgeoisie to continue accumulating and dominating markets, at the expense of the working class. What we live is pure submission to the factual powers of the State, and not an emergency due to contagious disease, but a government that has collapsed in military salute and warlike veneration of the free market. A feudo-military caste subordination on "the authority" be medical, health of any hierarchy or pharmaceutical company, mayor, "liberated" from such party or union, official, priest or Pope "bless everyone equally." And in this Atahualpa arrived and ordered to stop What God watches over the poor? Maybe yes, and maybe no ... but it is sure that he has lunch at the boss's table !!! They continue to fatten the usual ones, monstrous adjustments, and dementias. Where is universal and “free” healthcare, one of the best in the world, going to end up? At the hands of what scoundrel rascals public health speculators turned into mercenaries of tyranny? The toilets themselves are falling like flies after honey, water, and they are not rising up against the head of state or government. Without surgical material, they say, that without protective material they count - and in the mouth of such eminences created overnight - that they have had to die for not being able to cope, pointing out to the victim in the Nero method "who is to live or die because the age is determining in absolute priority ”, adjusted to the 'adjustments' painted by a pandemic, is the constitution of César. While "the new authority over all public orders" squares off to kill the cry against the capitalist monster with slogans "we are going to win this war". Against whom? I ask and answer with ten more steps towards the horizon singing as a flag of struggle “The sea is more than a landscape, it is also a feeling, it is a heart that beats refusing to remain dead; he does not render more obedience than the winds demand, he is not held in chains, nor does he stop before the fire. ”

Will private and public nursing homes where more thousands of people have died than they claim keep under the same strata? Shame! Franco died, they say, and Francoism in absolute power rises with more force day by day. This is only a small sample, a tiny button in the chain that awaits us, because the vultures are comforted and whitened by their pandemic face. There is no industry, no matter how small it is, that works for healthcare, all imported, even the same plastics that make a gown are imported from China. And it is that what matters is to produce cars because Germany is interested in and enriches the hierarchies of the French capital gabachos; because it is about order, values, about the "homeland": massive ferries breaking down the sea, BIRDS and tar snakes rotting the earth, barbed wire, prisons and millions of displaced people on the planet on a lost course, " legal tourism ”, massive arms sales, political-social prostitution, drug trafficking and thousands of mercenaries to NATO. Such is the established order. A step backwards to push two people forward in history is not to waste time, remember, the Soviet Union in 1919 -at the end of World War I- was a huge underdeveloped country, a feudal system of slavery in which the people lived During the reign of the tsars, in 1949, just 30 years later, its economy made such a leap only behind the United States (this country that had more than a hundred years of industrial development). To which we must add for an objective analysis, that the USSR had suffered more than any other country in human lives and in the destruction of factories, crops, cities, transport, etc., during the Nazi invasion in World War II. But it had not only become an industrial power, especially in social justice. A few years after 1949, the Soviet Union had transformed into a country with a high standard of living, it had an excellent and powerful free public health system, an extensive network of communications, of equally free schools and universities. The culture was immense, great theaters, filmmakers, painters, writers, the best ballet in the world, the best choirs, the best athletes, the variety of artists was immense since all kinds of art schools were promoted. You did not have to be rich to access the Bolshoi, to see the best operas and dances. These achievements were accomplished with a planned socialist economy. Undoubtedly if instead of the Bolsheviks having triumphed in the October revolution they had been the capitalist Social Democrats, the economic system would have been the free market system, with which the people would have continued in the most extreme poverty and precariousness, literacy, and the Nazis possibly today they would be ruling the world.

The same happened in China, when the revolution triumphed in 1949, an immense country was found in the highest poverty, hunger and infant mortality were the main problems of the country, life expectancy was about 50 years. A few decades later, these problems were solved and they reached total self-sufficiency in food with a public economy; it began to grow with an annual average of 10%, reaching in 1985 13%. Over the years, China grew until it exceeded the growth of the United States. It is true that it has developed a mixed economy, but it is no less true that at many social levels it maintains early light years with myopic capitalism, as a belt of the untouchable monarchy, light years in coping and how it has treated the development of the pandemic, equipping the population with all the available means in the state and creating other emergency means in record time. In Cuba, before the triumph of the revolution, Batista had destroyed the country leaving in the hands of landowners, the stinking army, corrupt police and the corrosive Yankee mafia, while he lived in the king's body stealing until he kept the people in colonial slavery, charging commissions to the foreign mafia with a salary higher than the of the president of the USA. “Back in power, Batista abolished the 1940 Constitution, and suspended political liberties, including the right to strike. He allied himself with the island's wealthy landowners who owned the largest sugar cane plantations and presided over a stagnant economy that widened the gap between rich and poor Cubans. The increasingly corrupt and repressive government began to systematically enrich itself by exploiting Cuba's commercial interests, conducting lucrative deals with the US mafia that controlled Havana's drug, prostitution and casino businesses. In an attempt to quell the growing discontent of his people, that

manifested on numerous occasions through student strikes and riots, Batista tightened censorship of the media and intensified the repression of the communists and other sectors through indiscriminate violence, torture and executions that cost the lives of some 20,000 people. During the 1950s, the Batista regime received financial, logistical and military support from the United States, under the governments of Harry S. Truman and Dwight Eisenhower. In addition to the repression, notice how Batista had the Cuban people: In rural areas more than 60% of the peasants lived in barracks with a guano roof and a dirt floor devoid of toilets or running water, working from sunrise to sunset in conditions From semi-slavery, mortality was very high, children suffering from malnutrition and disease. About 90% had no electricity. About 85% of those barracks had one or two pieces for the whole family. Only 11% of the peasants consumed milk, 4% meat and 2% eggs, 50% were illiterate. But the Commander arrived and ordered to stop.

After the triumph of the revolution in 1959, the main, most urgent tasks that the revolutionary government set out to do was eradicate hunger, attend to the most vulnerable sectors of the population, such as children and peasants living in extreme poverty, eradicate literacy , expropriate companies that were in the hands of the gringo, gangsters and slave owners. It nationalized energy, water, transportation, and banking. With this, Cuba was taking steps to rationalize a socialist economy, where natural and social resources passed into the hands of the people. The Cuban people began to be happy creating brigades of literacy, work, and culture. Only the criminal blockade of the empire of death has prevented a broader economic and industrial development, since the social and justice development has achieved it widely. An organized and centralized people has been able to overcome situations of national emergencies as in the 90's, "with the special period", when the fall of the eastern countries with which Cuba maintained a fluid commercial economy. They were able to unite and get up despite food and energy shortages. In times of cyclones, the opposite of the United States, they are a banner of struggle where the safety of the people prevails above all, organizing so that there are no victims. With the coronavirus pandemic, we have seen how it is facing the situation, unlike the decomposing capitalist countries, such as the 'monarchical Spain of ecclesiastical banking', where thousands of thousands of people are being left to die, when you listen through the media, your skin bristles and you wonder, is this where I live?

Only the countries that maintain a planned public economy, and not a private one, will make them stronger in the face of basic needs and that is of vital importance for the working class in situations like the one we are experiencing or in situations of criminal blockades imposed as is the case of Cuba, Venezuela, Iran, Socialist Republic of Korea, etc. The free market kills and the Spanish State ends in authoritarianism, it must be a matter of the 'adjustments', which illuminate new frascuelxs to the distribution in a hidden cloak, while those killed by a pandemic, not by the "homeland", continue to add up, leading them to bury almost clandestinely, as in the worst moments of the Middle Ages, or of the Francoist coup d'état of the dictatorship. In Ecuador the pandemic deaths remain among the family until they are left loose on the streets without “the authority” of a way out (country, one and the other, as Catholic and patriotic as it is democratic). My conclusion is that those who say that capitalism is the least bad system, is that the pandemic feeds them in addition to climate change, as well as its human-ecological destruction.

P.S. (Everything is the way, ten more steps towards the horizon, I invite you, let's sing together)
Go for the sea
Go for the sea that you already guess
For the sea
Go for the sea, promise and seed
Of freedom
Go for the sea, go for the sea ..
