The RCMP: Misuse of Power and Strange Behavior … Again

BY Robin Mathews: Reasonable and prudent Canadians should be demanding a total reconstruction of the RCMP – from the Loyalty Oath of each new member to an Over-Arching Civilian Management Body open and available to hear, promptly and sympathetically, representation from any Canadian … at any time.

Presently, Canadians are being presented with a cloak and dagger (is it real?) set of charges against one of the RCMP’s highest-ranking Intelligence Officials for apparent misuse of classified information.

The FAKE (criminal) RCMP-created Islamic Terrorist Event at the B.C. Legislature grounds on July 1, 2013, was a complex, very expensively prepared, (RCMP) personnel-intensive Action.  (Not to mention the highly questionable “Terrorist Event” in Ottawa, October 22, 2014).  The B.C. event involved the entrapment of a defenseless, innocent couple, their manipulation for criminal ends, their improper incarceration, their defamation … and then their casting aside as if garbage by the RCMP when RCMP criminality was exposed. Commissioner Bob Paulson was in charge then….

Nothing has been done to compensate the abused couple: Bob Paulson, then Commissioner of the RCMP remains mute on the subject….

Without bias or ill-will any Canadian may say that in the present condition and structure of the RCMP such behavior – and worse – may be expected… at any time.

The truth of that statement was attested to by the 217-page judgment written by a B.C. Supreme Court judge who made clear that any criminal allegations in the Victoria fake Islamic Terrorist action had to be against the RCMP.  Her judgment (at Appeal by the RCMP) was upheld unanimously by a three-judge Appeal Court ruling written by Justice Elizabeth Bennett (known for her role in Premier Glen Clark and BC Rail Scandal trials.)

Concerned about the Fake Islamic ‘Terrorist’ Event at the B.C. Legislature grounds (especially the protracted misuse of the entrapped innocents), I wrote to prime minister Trudeau and other Cabinet members asking for a Public Inquiry into the whole matter.  Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness Minister Ralph Goodale replied for the Cabinet.  He did not mention my request for a Public Inquiry.  Instead … he thanked me for my letter about “the RCMP’s … major crime technique….” And he made no sign that he saw any wrongful behavior by the RCMP.  In fact, he urged me to support the RCMP.


RCMP accused of entrapping terrorism suspects

The RCMP’s “major crime technique” appears to have moved from brutal actions against innocent Canadians to the (perhaps) selling of classified information … at top levels.

The B.C. 2013 crime seems to have been set up by the Stephen Harper government and fully supported by then RCMP Commissioner Bob Paulson … in order to please U.S./NATO/ five eyes anti-Islam policies … and to support the destruction of Middle Eastern countries….  The purpose … now … of apparently selling information is not entirely clear….No wonder Bob Paulson expresses himself as “shocked” that a person he appointed and used as a close advisor is at the center of the troubles.

Bob Paulson (in deep, deep trouble for the botched 2013 Victoria False Flag, it seems) retired at 58 “to focus on his family” (whatever that may mean).  Did Mr. Ortis advise Paulson in favor of the criminal RCMP actions concerning the 2013 Victoria False Flag?  We will probably never know….  Indeed, my attempts to make contact with retired Public Servant Bob Paulson were frustrated completely.  When he wishes Public Attention, he gets it from all media.  When an average Canadian wants to contact him about serious matters in which he was involved … he is “incommunicado” – most definitely unavailable…!

The ‘mainstream press and media’ – on this matter as well as on most others – reveal themselves to be complete toadies.  The present condition of the RCMP – as the malicious entrapment and criminal abuse of innocent people in B.C. reveals – is a threat to every Canadian.  But the sell-out press and media back an almost certainly criminal organization.

Think, briefly, of the recent RCMP record.  Recent Commissioners (top officers)  had to be removed … for sound reasons (alleged disguised criminal behavior or flat-out incompetence).

One was asked on which day he perjured himself giving evidence … and was moved rapidly to a position outside of Canada in Interpol.  One was cashiered under allegations of incompetence and fractured internal relations  … and was moved at high salary  (and an $8000.00 per month apartment) to the United Nations in New York.  Bob Paulson was treated, apparently, less generously.  After presiding as the Commissioner over the criminal False Flag in B.C., in 2013, he chose retirement to “focus on family” at 58 years old in 2017 (with no posh appointment).

The present Commissioner of the RCMP, Brenda Lucki, who should be closely involved in any action taken in relation to Cameron Jay Ortis … has not been mentioned in media anywhere that I have seen or heard.  Where is she?

Where is Brenda Lucki, Commissioner of the RCMP?

Is she another fake woman in high position … to make Justin Trudeau look good?  Does she fear she may be treated as Jody Wilson Raybould and Jane Philpott were treated if she acts in her top position: independently, honestly, conscientiously as Commissioner?  Does she fear being “run out” as Raybould and Philpott were run out?  Who knows?

Brenda Lucki is top RCMP officer in Canada … and she is nowhere to be seen….
