The Big Cover Up (Unheard Voices)

Withholding information is the essence of tyranny. Control of the flow of information is the tool of the dictatorship. -B. Coville

Corruption at the hands of the Workers’ Compensation Board continues to be disregarded year after year by Governmental Figures, the Legal System and the Media. The injured continue to suffer without disregard for them.

You can forget about reaching out to anyone because you will not be acknowledged, just treated like a bad disease or parasite. You will be taunted and tortured until you break down or commit suicide.

Is this what we want or do we stand up and say no more suffering at their hands? Do we take the initiative to stop them cold? All it takes is for people to come together and sign a petition to end this cruelty whether it involves them now as injured persons, in the past or in the future.

Stop the Workers’ Compensation Board’s cruelty towards us and their corruption once and for all. Let our voices be heard. Make a difference for yourself, your family members, friends or even your children in the future. Do not become victims of the Workers’ Compensation Board in any state. Stand up for your rights Civil and Legal rights.

They claim some workers are cheating them but what about the fact they are paying off IME’s to lie about our medical condition in order to misclassify us and deny us our rights. On top of this they are also paying Attorneys who are supposed to be on our side to find ways to make us look like criminals and further deny our rights. These Attorneys claim that Judges have no time to view evidence that is essential to your case. In the meantime they leave you out in a waiting room for hours until they go in and talk to the Company’s Attorneys and the Judge and make decisions without your presence that affect your livelihood. Later they come out and take you in for five minutes, swear you in and tell you how good they screwed you over.” Wonderful System”

To the Media who has disregarded all my letters as well as Government Officials I have reached out to in vain I hope that you and yours never have to endure our suffering and misdemeanor. I hope you sleep well at night knowing an injured person committed suicide because the Workers’ Compensation Board pushed them to despair and desperation and no one gave a damn. I consider all of you cowards who are not willing to help a dog when he is down but would rather continue kicking him while he is down.
