We reported the
metro "Toronto Police" for more than four years, also 911without any success to
stop the use of the electromagnetic device. (Davenport Road)
My first report to Toronto Police,
which they hid and refused to forward and disclose when being asked! What
happened next? After I reported to Toronto Police about my upper neighbor, first organized suspect (stalker), male, single, they "changed" him to one handicapped lady who could not speak. After a period of time, they changed back. Why did Toronto Police, Canadian torturers do this? Induce some people and some organizations! Did they? Here was Toronto Police's statement about my neighbor in my family doctor's office after seeing his advice and judgment.
"We really appreciate what he provided to us. And we think everything he reported is true. We work a lot than you think; even we are still working on it till now. Your neighbor is not the person who can commit this kind of crime. We didn't find anything about it."
