One time died and another was born

One time died and another was born

By Javier Cortines: The coronavirus gave a definitive blow to a dying era that clung to expired values (in much of the world) and accelerated the birth of a New Era that has already begun to show strong signs and warnings, and that is shaping at great speed a universal consciousness unprecedented in the history of mankind.

"It is irrelevant" if the virus came out of a bat, escaped from a laboratory or if it was a punishment from God, as Catholics and Muslims claim. The palpable and overwhelming reality has been imposed that "the little bug" contributed, like a devastating biological weapon, to the collapse of the pillars that supported the decadent Western civilization.

This process, the change of time, which had been announced for decades, is marked by historical moments, such as the assassination of George Floyd, in May 2020, a fact that led to a global awakening of consciences and caused the implosion of American democracy. Overnight, the curtain rose, the "American dream" was shattered, and the miseries and scourges of the most powerful nation on earth were exposed (and in full view of the world).

LOSS OF IMAGE CONTROL

The collapse of the Old Era is marked, among other things, by "the loss of control of images" (creators of currents of thought) by the great powers. After the gruesome scene of the napalm girl, Kim Phùc (Vietnam 1972), the United States and other powers "imposed an iron monopoly on filming or photographs" that could mobilize the peoples "against their rulers" or political systems that survive thanks to the lie and the manipulation.

Due to new technologies, which have a good side and a wicked one, people "have taken over the streets" and in a few seconds they can circulate images of crimes around the planet (that previously went almost unnoticed) and that did not they stop showing us the rotten side of a world in an advanced state of decomposition.

THE FALL OF IDOLS

Another effect of this radical change is "the fall of idols", a phenomenon that is reproduced in "a wide region of the world" where a certain degree of freedom is breathed.

The demolition of the statue of the Marquis de Comillas in Barcelona (a man who made an immense fortune with human trade), the attacks suffered against the effigies of Christopher Columbus, of US presidents who exploited or mistreated black slaves, of kings and nobles who celebrated their lives with blood diamonds are only small samples of the collapse, by domino effect, of symbols that are the paradigm of ambition, avarice and, therefore, of the denigration of the human species.

CAPITALISM EXPANDS AND GETS STRONGER

While the common people become aware that it is necessary to rebel against so much humiliation, a certain left continues to announce (through blindness, innocence or collusion with certain regimes) "the death of capitalism." That is simply bullshit. Capitalism is becoming stronger than ever "with this crisis of change of era" and the relief is being taken, paradoxically, by some countries that were communist.

Against the old capitalism of the USA, Europe and its areas of influence, stand up, like giants without a roof, China, whose capital, Beijing, is home to the largest number of billionaires in the world, and Russia, which, although it supports “the countries socialists ", has allied" with his strategic partner "to dispute the great cake of money, kneaded from below" by the nobodies ", to" the worn out Westerners. "

Experts know that Hong Kong had a decisive influence on China when it came to ending the socialist market economy and that the Asian giant's Ali Babá and Cia only have problems if they collide with the interests of the Chinese Communist Party leadership (currently it has 92 millions of militants) and the People's Liberation Army (PLA), the cradle of many fortunes in the country that Mao Zedong founded in 1949.

THE ERA OF THE ROBOT AND ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE

The coronavirus gave a definitive blow to a dying era that clung to expired values (in much of the world) and accelerated the birth of a New Era that has already begun to show strong signs and warnings, and that is rapidly shaping a universal consciousness unprecedented in the history of mankind.

Along with the above and, as if we were living in a parallel world, both the Huns and the Others accelerate at the speed of light the consolidation of the Digital Age, Big Data, Artificial Intelligence and Mass Surveillance of citizens , for security cuestions. We are gifted with “control of the image”, as the recognition of the right to kick and, on the other hand, we are prepared to accept the new reality that seems like a sticker of the dystopian society of Orwell 1984.

In the labor field, an unprecedented screening is coming between "the computerized who accept confinement in virtual niches" and "the barbarians" who will have to simply continue, lowering their necks, at the rhythm of the law of supply and demand. A universal basic income will also be extended so that the people, the greatest force for change, satisfy their basic needs, albeit precariously, and not provoke a global revolution with unpredictable consequences.

The new version of the atomic mushroom of capitalism has also absorbed the environmental demands of the green left, and sparks are already flying in the factories that will flood the markets with vehicles that will clean the atmosphere, houses with gardens on the roofs and robots that will masturbate you with cucumbers and gluten-free donuts. That mutation will once again feed the pigs that feed on the passionate demands of the innocent. In the end you will have to choose between ice and fire.

In conclusion, we will emerge from the pandemic with our freedoms curtailed and we chained, as always, to the adage of the "donkey, the Ferris wheel, the stick and the carrot." The question is: will humanity rebel against this alienation or will it adapt to the changes out of the unreason of resignation?
