FREEDOM OF INFORMATION SOMETHING SINISTER HAPPENED IN THE CANADIAN RESIDENTIAL SCHOOLS Something terrible happened and is happening in this country, perhaps many people around the world or many Canadians will not give credibility to the horrible Slaughters committed over centuries against native children or human rights violations perpetrated every day against immigrant children and parents. But one of the most abhorrent crimes committed in this country was in the infamous residential schools where more than fifty thousand native children were massacred by the Anglican and Catholic Church. The persistence of impunity in this nation has been extraordinary, tens of thousands of native children were killed in the Residential Schools since 1880until 1996, but until now the surviving priests, nuns, and others, not achieve accountability for the genocide and others crimes against humanity, because are protected by the government, politicians, authorities, and media. Is a fact these verified carnages were committed, would not the culprits of demoniac butcheries, have been brought before a Canadian court of law or the International Criminal Court and thrown into prison? Can a simple apology from Mr. Harper? Or 'I am sorry, more than I can say that we were part of a system which took you and your children from home and family.'—Archbishop Michael Peers, Anglican Church of Canada? Heal the wounds inflicted over the centuries to native people and their children at the hands of governments and church executioners? The truth is the First Nations people until now carry the pervasive colonialism, racism to which they are still subjected. The high rates of unemployment, poverty, lack of housing, medical care, schools, and suicide especially among children and young adults are well documented. The occurrence of alcohol, drugs, child abuse, and family violence between native people today is completely attributed to the early and actual mistreatment of physical, sexual and mental devaluation and abuse of Indians, who themselves grew up in those evil schools, fosters homes, and other dictatorial government institutions. The impunity- failure to bring to justice and punish the priests, nuns, and others, responsible for genocide and human rights violations, stems from the fact that the state itself, or some members from the government, has committed or encouraged to commit the genocide. The Prime Minister failure to make the defense of human rights in our own country creates until now a climate where the church, societies, judges, police, and others government institutions can continue to commit heinous crimes and violations without fear of arrest, prosecution, and punishment. Mr. Harper and authorities stop protecting those sadists’ criminals, bring to the International Criminal Court to be prosecuted and jailed for genocide and other crimes against humanity.
