“THE NAZIS AND THEIR CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY”
Canada is a country of heinous crimes of grief and mourning, a land of human misery without any hope. “An ocean of human tragedy that their fierce waves drag millions of shattered lives.”   - Nadir Siguencia

HISTORY: 10 Awful Canadian Violations of Human Rights! Or 10+…Petrified Canadian Atrocities Never in Human History have Seen Perpetrated with Such Cruelty?
When a citizen of any other country thinks of Canada, the thought that usually comes to mind is a peaceful and cooperative nation that is a shining example of tolerance and civil rights. However, Canada has had many dark chapters in its history. If one looks deeper, the innocent facade of the Great White North is shattered, revealing some disturbing truths behind it.
001.-Eugenics
Unbelievably, the program and the board lasted until 1972. During that time, they recommended sterilization in 99 percent of the 4,795 cases they oversaw, which were overwhelmingly women and Aboriginal people. It was only under Premier Peter Lougheed that the act was finally repealed and the board disbanded. David King, one of the politicians who introduced the bill to kill the act, said at its reading “I come finally to the last [reason] which, for me personally, is the most compelling. That is, simply, that the act violates fundamental human rights. We are provided with an act, the basis of which is a presumption that society, or at least the government, knows what kind of people can be allowed children and what kinds of people cannot . . . It is our view that this is a reprehensible and intolerable philosophy and program for this province and this government.”
Leilani Muir, one of the victims of the practice, sued the government of Alberta in 1995 and was awarded $1 million Canadian in damages. This led to a flood of lawsuits against the government over the next few years, which raised public awareness of the horrible program. Due to the sheer volume of lawsuits, the Alberta government tried to impose a limit on the amount that could be claimed by victims of the eugenics board of $150,000 Canadian. Public outcry killed this law within 24 hours, and eventually, the government settled for a lump sum of $80 million Canadian to be paid out to the victims.

SERIOUS OCCURRENCES! OR MR. LANTZ CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY!!

To Brandy Lantz: Provincial Advocate of Children and Youth, the apprehended children and youth who are under the custody of the group homes need professional help to end their misery and torture inflicted by the government and the state employees. This group will meet approximately five times, starting at the end of May until mid-September 2016. Transportation, a meal, and an honorarium of $40 will be provided for each meeting held at our Toronto office: 401 Bay Street, Suite 2200. Toronto, ON. M7A 0A6

By Elizabeth H. Elys: Welcome to the new group “Between the Lines of the Public Consciousness”

Today we can speak and analyze, what is everyday such topic in human life. We will focus on Human Rights. We are all equally entitled to our Human Rights without discrimination. These rights are all interrelated, interdependent and indivisible. Human Rights are rights inherent to all human beings, whatever our nationality, place of residence, sex, national or ethnic origin, color of the skin, religion, language or any other status.
Human Rights are based on the principle of respect for the individuals. The philosophy of Human Rights addresses questions about the existence, content, nature, universality, justification and legal status of Human Rights. Historical sources for bills of rights are:
1. The Magna Carta {1215}
2. The English Bill of Rights {1869}
3. The French Declaration of the Rights of Man and the Citizen {1789}
4. The Bill of Rights in the US Constitution {1791}
 The main sources of the contemporary conception of Human Rights are the Universal Declaration of Human Rights [United Nations {1948}
Natural law theories based in humans Rights on" natural" ,moral, religious or even biological order that is independent of transitory  human laws or traditions.
Socrates, the ancient philosopher and his heirs, Plato, Aristotle, posited the existence of natural justice or natural rights. Aristotle often said to be the Father of natural Law.
 Human rights are almost a form of religion in today's world; they are the great ethical yardstick that is used to measure a government's treatment of its people. The idea of Human Rights is not without its critics, J. Bentham, E. Burke< F. Nietzche and Karl Marx. Is example of historical philosophers who criticized the notion of Rights?
Soviet concept of Human Rights was different from conceptions prevalent in the West. According to Western legal theory, it is the individual who is the beneficiary of Human Rights, which are to be asserted against the government. Soviet law declared that State is source of Human Rights. Soviet legal system regarded law as an arm of politics and courts as agencies of government. Extensive extra judiciary powers were given to the Soviet secret police agencies.
Even in prosperous, democratic countries like Canada much public discourse is phrased in rhetoric of Rights. Legal documents to protect Human Rights have proliferated in Canada, culminating in the 1982 entrenchment of the Charter of Rights in the Constitution. Human Rights exist in morality and in law at the national and international levels. Human rights are the rights to freedom of religion, the rights to a fair trial when charged with a crime, the rights not to be tortured, and the rights to engage in political activity.
