 The drugging of children and teens in foster homes and group homes is aimed to permanently destroy the most vulnerable among us, our children and adolescents, in Canada children under foster care and juvenile Centers are receiving   large amounts of psychiatric drugs. How is possible that these indescribable horrors and massacres of drugging defenseless kids and teens for profit and vengeance happens under the care of the children’s Aids Societies and other government institutions.  Children under the care of group homes are being giving higher dosages of drugs and are being used as guinea pigs, it is appropriate to drugging these kids. When children workers and police brutally remove children from parents and homes, for their traumatic experiences the children do not need psychiatric drugs, they need love, caring, understanding from the social workers. The drugs can temporally take their suffering and Children’s Aids Societies workers alienation, but permanently is destroying their lives.

The drugging of Canadian children raise many issues like parental rights, children rights, and children safety, prescribing drugs to healthy children and adolescents is a crime, malpractice, on the part of family doctors, psychiatrists, and others prescribers. The tragic cover-up from the media, the corruption of family and criminal judges, the powerless from parents to denounce the children holocaust is a complete tragedy of heinous crimes committed every day in this country.

Terrible crimes were committed in Canada over the centuries by the French and English colonizers against native people. But one of the most abhorrent crimes is the abuses, torture and murders of native children in Residential Schools across the country. Many people, many new Canadians, do not believe it. Asking themselves how is possible that this terrible children suffering and atrocities should have been missing since it went on for more than a century. The government objectives to create the Residential School System were to remove to isolate and kill children from the influence of their homes, families, traditions, and cultures. One of the first evil school appeared in Western Canada in the year 1983-84, the government and the church were removed aboriginal children from their parents, communities, and forced to attend the Residential Schools. In these schools especially under the domain of the Catholic and Anglican Church, the children lived in awfully conditions, like overcrowding, poor sanitation, inadequate food, lack of health care, resulting in a high mortality rate. In these school prisons endured the physical and emotional, brutality for part of the priests and nuns, the truthful allegations of sexual abuse never has been investigated, characteristic of the Canadian torture documents that repose in the Judiciary System. Finally in the year 1996 the schools across the country were closed, but the human suffering of children and parents never cannot be resolved with government money, because Canada has butchered tens of thousands of children. The regime and particularly the Anglican Church have caused great harm, profoundly damaging with long terms of impact for the victims and families of this “Canadian Holocaust”.

The impunity of Anglican, Catholic Church individuals, and others demons who had committed genocide and crimes against humanity, during the time of Residential Schools, are escaping to be brought to some International Tribunal and punished.

Until now the impunity in the judicial system surrounding human rights violations remain as normal, but the main causes for this impunity lay in the corruption of judiciary system and public prosecutors. In cases of police officers accused of gross public abuses, referred to the courts, however the lack to lay charges before a justice of peace, or when are formally charged the procedural delays and irregularities open the way for the accused to dismiss the charges.                                                                                                                                        Also police brutality and killing of innocent people it’s at the large, these perpetrators of human rights violations continued to evade accountability, because of the corrupt judicial system. Torture and ill- treatment of political prisoners in order to extract false confessions and force to play guilty applying mental and physical torture it’s happening at the large in the country jails. Prison guard’s brutality, denial of medical care, restrictions to provide necessary food and the appalling living conditions inside the juvenile detentions is a serious concern for the children prisoners.                                                                                                                                                                    As in previous articles in this blog I denounced how children and women are forced to comply with discriminatory policies of the Children’s Aids Societies Workers, judges, shelters, public housing, “Gestapo” police, impose severe restrictions on their children education, employment and freedom of movement. Mothers and children who resisted them were subjected to sadistic treatment. The past and present human rights violations against children, mothers, seniors, refugees, homeless people have to be investigated and summited to judicial proceedings, brought to justice the perpetrators of brutal, sadistic, monstrous crimes. One of the racist policies use by the government workers and societies is the mental torture, to destroy for life the victims. In the concentration camps the Nazis showed more humanity for those innocent victims, millions of people die in the gas chambers ending their anguish. But the mental agony in this country for millions of people of all ages is to wandering in the streets, squares, police precinct’s, courts, jails, hospitals…with no future but our misfortune to be poor and hatred by the government and other authorities; I know when I denounce and express the state crimes with these words many of you people must be muttering or think this man must be crazy to see anything good in this system mess we are in, state crimes that we feel it is frightening to be alive.

 Come out and support the fight for human rights and against injustices in the Canadian courts.There will be a hearing at the Old City Hall Court house on Friday August 3, 2012 at 9.a.m. The Hearing is about the Toronto police, 14 division and some officers there who are charged, by human rights activist Valerie Guillaume, who is the one that is also trying to get those police officers prosecuted for corruption and conspiracy involving her case. It is important for the public to send the clear message that they will not tolerate corruption by the police and also the court. Valerie Guillaume has had a very difficult time getting these charges laid and she wants to make sure that the police also do not get away with their crimes that they have committed against the public. No justices of the peace at Old City Hall wanted to lay those charges against the police. After several attempts, she was able to lay the private information against them. The pre-enquate hearing is set for Friday August 3rd at 9 a.m. and the public, human rights activists and human rights groups are asked to come out and show their support… You can also contact PAGE for more details about this case and for any other future court dates, regarding that matter. The USA and the Canadian Governments became lawbreakers at the time of Omar apprehension in Afghanistan; he was a child soldier, a fifteen years old kid wounded in combat, in need of special protection and care from Chief of State. The Canadian Prime Minister is responsible for the unkind treatment, suffering, and brutal torture, at the hands of the American Government, and the circus trial held in Guantanamo. After his capture in Afghanistan, he was transferred to the Guantanamo prison, where the  United States, Administration claimed the right to hold him indefinitely, incommunicado and in solitary confinement, without charges in the hell of Campo Delta prison, in violation of the Geneva Conventions, on rights to protect child soldiers.  The overwhelming evidence from others people imprisoned, brought to light the shocking  real images of abuses, brutality, and torture, that Omar Khadar endured in this long ten years. Must now we have a shattered forever young man, a victim of the Canadian government abandonment, a victim of the Canadian Government racist’s policies, naming our communities us terrorists, criminals, slaves, mentally ill and so far?                                                                                                                                                     Because of the terrible memories a consequence of his imprisonment and torture, the significant damage inflicted by his captors and interrogators, excruciate secret circus trial which was restrained by the rule of domestic and international law, the young Omar, have to be brought back immediately to Canada. This responsibility rest on Mr. Harper hands. Us the medical care and psychological rehabilitation, at this time we have a question?  The United States regime has the power to incarcerate a wounded child soldier? Using their power, like in the case of Omar, has been exercised the rights of child soldiers lawfully? Omar represent a danger for the Canadian Society? To declare a child soldier a criminal justifies that both governments were ready to commit crimes in order to secure the conviction of Omar Khadar.

It is outrageous to accept the racist article published in (24H> NEWS) written by Jenny Yuen, which is not showing the complete truth of people living in government housing. The title of the article “Criminals are being protected by lengthy eviction processes" It's the right time to raise our opposition to the media and government officials, and finally we have the opportunity to report how these forgetting people struggle for their survival.                                                                         
In regard to crimes and eviction of tenants, the statement made by tenant representative from Toronto Community Housing, is incomplete because the well documented archives under the protection of TCHC, police, 911, and other records can prove the opposite. Toronto Housing Community with the help of the police in a period of weeks keep changing sometimes the complete floors with new tenants or evicting entire families from houses of their property. The people mentioned by the official of public housing are brought and controlled by their management and superintendents, knowing very well how danger represent for children living in public housing ghettos. In third world countries, democratic governments have created a housing system to protect the poor and homeless people, building adequate accommodation for families, elderly, disable people, showing respect and wishing peace and happiness in their new living places.                                                                                                                                  Here has been established a racist system of public housing, a torture Centre with their respective agony chambers, where the public housing officials, police, CAS, distinguished by its excessive savagery, and sadism. Mr. Prime Minister of Ontario, Mr. Mayor of Toronto, Chief of police, and Minister of housing, the focal issue of subsidized tenants housing is to combat to the end, the excessive brutality inflicted to renters by you mentors, subjugating to the most despicable state crimes. In yours chambers the high voltage electrical outlets, exposing to electrocute children (worse than the electric chair in the USA, it’s not a crime? To take from the upper floors windows the safeties, it’s not a crime? The torture from the other chamber using electronic sounds or vibrations, it’s not a crime? To keep testing the loudest fire alarm every fifteen minutes for the complete working day, it’s not a crime? To bring neighbors whom are using … you know an imminent danger for our children, it’s not a crime? This denounce is not with circumstantial evidence, evidence that; in slaughters courtrooms wreck substantial lives, this condemnation; I can prove in a true court of justice. The training “Gestapo, Taliban” camp to brutalize traumatize for life children, mothers, seniors and family, it’s not a crime? Better accommodation and privileges for certain groups of tenants, it’s not a crime? The people segregation in public housing, very visible in the neighborhoods around the city, it’s not a crime? The lack of proper accommodation for mothers and children victims of State Crimes, it’s not a crime.

Mr. Prime Ministers, Mr. Minister of Housing, Mr. Mayor of Toronto, Chief of Police. Our country which is situated in our beloved American continent is bleeding because we are living with an unjust society, full of racial hate.

We condemn the kidnapping of our children, their criminal form to traumatize them for life. Mr. Caregivers from the hell, you are taking the legitimate right to instill great values for the future of their lives and the nation. Please lords don’t blame us for the crimes of our children, when the fault is yours.
