I would like to devote this denunciation to all the victims of human rights abuses in this country, and reveal with honestly, red and white evidence, our pain, torture, sacrifice, how we confront with courage the carnage from the slaughter's Provincials, Superiors, and Appeals Courts Judges in the Canadian secret courtrooms. Experiences which seemed unavoidable because we are poor, immigrants targeted by the Canadian Justice System, Police, Minister of the Attorney General, Children’s Aids Societies, and others institutions. Denouncing the crimes committed every single day in this country by the corrupt and feared Canadian Justice System, it’s time to think, to protect, especially the slaughter of children, mothers, seniors, in the courtrooms. IT’s time to call for a restructuring the feared Canadian Justice System, which is greatly assisted by the strategy of terror, intimidation, and the refusal from the judges to uphold justice. Because of the legal system abuse inside of the courtrooms, law lords have never taken any interest in protecting the rights of the most vulnerable and the poorest of the poor. Along the way, the Canadian Judiciary has become member of the walking wounded, the exploitation, and the oppressive conditions from the legalized legislatures. This Legal System can turn out to be answerable to the necessities of the most vulnerable people rather than to protect Police, Children’s Aids Societies crimes, and being strictly controlled from the top down.

Human Rights Violations are committed every day against our children and families, in the family and criminal courts by the honorable magistrates, safeguarding and protecting these delinquents to be charged for crimes against humanity and punished. Also the justices from the courts never produced any case or figure, which could claim protection from children’s Aids Societies workers, Police, Crown Attorneys abuse, inside and outside of the courtrooms. These accusations are not merely allegations are facts, because the well documented files repose in the courts, widespread these violations were committed by the mentioned institutions and societies, but never investigated by the judges or Attorney General of Ontario. Until now the Canadian Justice System, must have realized that the wounded, the most vulnerable, the poor, never mount a real danger, challenge to their cruelty, brutality, sadism, and stained bloody business hammers.

THE POLICE BRUTALITY AND SLAUGHTER OF INNOCENT PEOPLE ARE CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY

The brutal murders and others delinquencies by those who work with badges and guns must be taken very seriously. The excessive police force, the killings of disadvantage people across the country and how those in law enforcement respond to the poor people is questionable. The accounted individuals who have been brutalized, framed, crippled, and murdered by the police would be sobering if we went far enough. The feeble ways in which the "Justice System" helps these vandals, thief’s, children’s kidnapers, pregnant women and homeless people sadists, are well documented by the victims, courts documents, and police archives. I would like to comment about the article of April 26, 2012, where two concerned honorable justices raise the question of police misconduct in this country. “This court must dissociate itself from (this) serious and deliberate state misconduct” Justice Nancy Backhouse.

“If police lying is tolerated by the courts, they will soon lose the respect of the community” Justice Peter Hambly. Police brutality, ill treatment in prisons, Children’s Aids Societies bloody business, Judicial System cover-up, and countless cases of judges complicity of crimes in the family and criminal courts, is a longstanding problem of impunity around the country, remaining as major concern. The butchers trials in the family and criminal courts fall short of international standard for fairness, with verdicts and sentences being decided by the judges, crown attorneys, and others before the trials. Denial of due process continues in the Court of Appeal, where Appeal judges shows disregard to follow the rule of law for the family and criminal appeals. The appeals hearings are no more than mere formality in the perpetuation of injustice and impunity.

The Police, CAS, Correctional Services and Justice System evil cases, might bring sadness or bitter or anger or mood, feelings made up of all these emotions. Children, families, and disadvantaged people quite simple, have a hard time to suffer or die. When it came to state crimes, where is the Justice System, the judges for the victims of crimes, false judges and authorities who never follow the rule of law? This is our meeting out when we have to confront the Justice and Injustice? The Canadian Judiciary System is committing human rights violations? How credible could be the judiciary body or their authors of crimes against humanity, legally charged, prosecuted, and punished, for the murders of innocent children, people, and other delinquencies?

Across the country human rights defenders have harshly condemned the conditions of the ghettos of public housing, under which children, mothers, seniors, families, are living in severe overcrowding conditions, lacking of ventilation, children and parents sleeping in the kitchen, very close to the stove, with the noise of a refrigerator, with risks of children to be electrocute because of the dangerous wires connections, the need of plumbing, lack of building safety, where seniors with serious health conditions are living without medical and social worker care – conditions that involve the most cruelest, serious, earthly abuses and even death. The lack to laid criminal charges before a justice of peace or to bring a certify affidavit to be heard by judges in an courtroom of justice, because of the corruption and criminal complicity of the Canadian Justice System, these sadists, criminals public housing workers and police, keep their brutal, evil, and vicious school of Americas tactics. The mental and physical torture, abusive and harmfully policies are the dogmas in order to traumatize for life the public housing residents. Because of the systematic intimidation, the privation to get a lawyer to file lawsuits against the institutions and perpetrators to stop their brutality and wicked crimes, the mentioned culprits are keeping their sadists, harmfully, evil policies. POLICE WHO KILL OR TO SERVE & PROTECT?

A RUSHING POLICE HOMICIDES IS PUSHING PUBLIC OUTRAGE TO THE BOILING POINT

Throughout history, the image of the evil police killings in this country has been provoking public fear, hysteria, because police are particularly prone of demonic possession. The killings of Otto Vass, Jeffrey Reodica, Robert Dziekanski, and recent massacres of Junior Alexander Manon, Sylvia Klibingaitis, Charles McGillivary, Michael Eligon, rush the audacious fatal shootings of people dying under the more strange forms and circumstances, is pushing public anger to the boiling point. Even more shocking for the Canadian public is the fact that; the perceived treatment to cover up the police murders by the Judges and Federal Justice Minister, continuous with loss of Canadian shattered lives. The lack of an appropriate investigation from an independent agency, to charge and convict the criminals for the assassinations of vulnerable citizens, must be part of an open debate how society have to deal with these violent crimes.

Testimony:

My name is Nadir Siguencia. On March 7, 1989 at about 3.28PM I called the worker’s Compensation, Adjudication Department located at # 2 Bloor Street East. I spoke to the telephone operator from the mentioned office, asking politely to speak with the Claims Adjudicator designated to deal with my claim, but for a period of over an hour the Compensation workers keep transferred my call from department to department, in this way they were insulting me and making fun of my request to speak with the above mentioned person. For the duration of this call I was playing at home “protest music” and frustrated because the insane treatment of compensation workers. At that time cordially again I asked to speak with someone from the security department, immediately Mr. Andrew wright answered the phone, and I explained the reason of my call to the Worker’s Compensation Board adjudication department, asking and demanding for physical rehabilitation, medical investigation about my back, neck injuries and my entitled benefits from the auto parts and the Canadian army employments.

Mr. Andrew Wright; he knows me very well because of my protests against the compensation policies in the front of his working place, also in one occasion the police brought me to the basement of the mentioned offices and in the front of Mr. Wright, I have been physically and emotionally brutalized by the mentioned evils for more than an hour.

Regarding the serious accusation made by whom?

The accused said I’m going to kill myself and my son (3 years old). If I was saying FOR MORE THAN AN HOUR: I’m going to kill myself and my son, for more than an hour and the same accusation was audiotaped by the 911, police or the security department from the Worker’s Compensation Board. Mr. Chief of Police please can you play the audiotape anytime in any Radio, T.V station or put in the Police Website to play and clean or clear the good name of your institution. The truth is: yours evil subordinates merely criminals tried to kill me that mentioned day in front of my children, because of my consciousness, activism, protests in the front of W.C.B. offices and display placards with slogans “INJURED WORKERS CONDEMM THE CRIMINAL ACTS OF THE COMPENSATION BOARD AGAINS WORKERS” “THE WCB HANDS ARE DRIPPING WITH INJURED WORKERS BLOOD” “WORKERS COMPENSATION CHEATS WORKERS OF THEIR LIVEHOOD” in the store window located at 737 Dundas Street West.

Also these minions merely criminals with the help of the SLAUGHTERED JUDGES from the College Park Court, tried imprisoned me for two years less a day. (Thanks Steve and your lawyer friend)

The responsibility, priority of the federal and provincial governments is to provide with affordable housing for the general public and suitable social housing, dismantling the “Canadian gulags desegregation of the poor and homeless.”
