There are even laws and regulations that the bourgeois states developed to "prosecute" the protests as a civil "right" that accompanies "Freedom of Expression" and as a form of citizen "power" that must be expressed civilly! in the legal-political limits of the system. Under capitalism, protest is metabolized conservatively. It is professionalized, legalized and disseminated in the mass media. Salary, urban, ethical or moral complaints.
