A hole in the network

It is painful to observe how much suffering the peoples of Latin America suffer. Painful and frustrating because its cause is general knowledge, which instead of promoting a better performance of the rulers to lessen their pains, results in the consolidation of dictatorial and repressive systems to satisfy the demands of a greedy emperor whose fist is drawn behind every state decision.
A hole in the network

The story began long ago, when they discovered the immense treasure at ground level in its badly called "backyard" and since then they planned and executed with special effort a plan to turn these lands of prodigy into their warehouse of supplies at burning prices. For this it was important to have the enthusiastic contest of the economic elites, since the armies and politicians would be entrusted with their special envoys. And so the dispossession was consolidated and the misery grew, because to guarantee the success of its strategy it was fundamental to keep the people in ignorance and dependence.

It is to imagine, then, how much anger that empire feels when seeing a rebellious and rebellious Cuba that not even with the perverse economic and commercial blockade has descended to render tribute to it. How much rage is contained to see a Bolivia emerge from the deepest misery to undertake a path of development based on the use of its resources after centuries of looting to enrich a handful of multinational families and companies. How must they hurt a Venezuela that denies them ownership of their oil and how anxiously they hope to see Brazil fall and thereby see the doors of the Amazon open? Those holes in his network have to disrupt the dream of the emperor and then, as compensation, sticks his stake in the very heart of Central America to make it clear who is in charge in the region, supporting governments considered among the most corrupt on the planet.

The new misery in Latin America...

The regrettable and destructive action of the empire would not be so grotesque if at least it did not presume to represent democracy and freedom. From its concrete bunkers in the Latin American capitals emanate the rules of that game to which the rulers must adjust to have access to the privileges, wealth and small space of power that is granted while they do not mention the forbidden words: justice social, nationalization of resources, agrarian reform, protection of nature, human rights. Meanwhile, the least favored - that is, the vast majority - are struggling with malnutrition, lack of opportunities and the ruin of their natural environment.

That empire whose flag remains stuck in the heart of our countries reminds us how far the continent is from being sovereign, independent and capable of generating an economic, social and political development that puts an end to inequality and exploitation. The false discourse of cooperation is nothing more than the easy extortion of those who know themselves superior in power and resources. Whoever with impunity crosses the borders with their weapons while they are closed to thousands of migrants desperate to survive. From those who threaten hunger to those who have already stripped their wealth and do so with the open complicity of supposed local leaders enthroned thanks to their interested support. This scenario is not new and the story of bloodthirsty tyrants, ferocious dictatorships and opportunist overthings tells us how far we are from that dream of freedom, development and independence desired by our peoples.
